Start drill 2 and higher after the typical moves of the chapter

The first few moves of a chapter are always the same, so it would be nice to start drills 2 and higher just at the point, where the variations start. I.e. in chapter 1 the first 3 moves are always the same.

<Hidden>I sometimes have the problem that I can make moves quickly but I have to wait for the opponent's animation before I can select my pieces, which often makes drills really annoying. It would be nice if you could select your pieces beforehand for the upcoming move. Thank you

<Hidden>I think this as a toggle would be good. Just immediately turning it off might hurt newer players retention of the opening
